Care guide
- Check the dress and accessories on collection. Report any issue to the shop within 1 hour.
- Do not alter, shorten, or wash the dress after use.
- Care for the item throughout the rental and keep every included accessory together.
General rules
- Rental fees are non-refundable after a cancellation. The deposit is returned and the rental fee remains payable.
- One dress change to an item of equal or higher price, or one date change, is supported. Changes do not apply to discounted bookings.
- The deposit is returned immediately when there is no issue or the issue can be handled immediately.
- When treatment takes time, the deposit is held and the handling fee is deducted no later than 12 noon the following day. The dress is not returned for self-treatment.
Additional fee policy
Treatable issues
- Broken zip, loose stitching, lost button, easy-to-treat stain, or fallen embellishment: VND 30,000-80,000. This rate does not apply to brand dresses.
Hem cutting, alteration, washing, or loss
- Hem treatment: VND 500,000 to 70% of the dress value.
- Loss: 100% of the item value.
- Unauthorised alteration or washing: charged according to the item's condition.
Late return without notice
- Return one or two days late: VND 10,000-40,000 per day depending on the dress.
- Return three days late: one additional 3-day package fee.
- When the next booking is affected: 100% of the rental package fee.
Silk dresses
- Scratch under 8cm or a treatable stain: VND 40,000-100,000.
- Scratch over 8cm, multiple scratches under 8cm, or a stain that cannot be treated: 100% of the dress value.
Áo dài and bà ba sets
- Scratch or tear under 8cm, or a treatable stain: VND 40,000-100,000.
- Hole, burn, tear, or lost top or trousers: 50% of the set value.
- Scratch or tear over 8cm, multiple marks under 8cm, or an untreatable stain: 100% of the set value.
Bags
- Scratch or tear inside or outside: VND 50,000-200,000.
- Missing strap or charm: 50% of the bag value.
Heels and boots
- Surface scratch or tear, missing detail, damaged shape, or an untreatable stain: VND 100,000 to 100% of the item value.
- Broken strap or heel: VND 50,000-200,000.
Accessories
- Recoverable deformation: VND 30,000-100,000.
- Lost, snapped, broken, shattered, or irrecoverable item: 100% of its value.
Brand dresses
- Oil, grass, wine, sauces, makeup, or sensitive stains: VND 50,000-500,000.
- Missing jacket, wrap, bow, flower, or included accessory; changed original detail; deformed material: VND 300,000 to 100% of the dress value.
- Small hole under 1cm: VND 10,000 per hole.
- Tear over 3cm and up to 8cm: from VND 100,000.
- Tear over 8cm: full deposit.
- Tear over 10cm: replacement of the dress.
Additional fees do not include the rental fee or compensation for loss of value.
